During a counseling session, you can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings.

Is counseling covered by insurance?

Currently contracted with Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, United Healthcare and United Healthcare EAP. 

Please reach out to your insurance company verify your coverage and benefits for outpatient mental health services.
